- Your existing roof will be torn off to the bare decking to permit us to inspect and replace any rot.
- We use 30lb felt paper, nailed in a 6-12-6 pattern (most companies use a thinner 15lb felt paper).
- Shingles are installed with 6 nails per shingle (most companies use 4).
- We always use genuine hip/ridge cap when installing a 30+ year
architectural roof (most companies use 20 year 3-tab shingles to cut costs).
